J. and Mary (and Granger)

Hey, thanks for visiting our adoption site! If you don’t know us (in which case, I am impressed by your Googling), let us tell you a bit about ourselves!

We live in the small village of Washington, Vermont. J. is the local pastor at Washington Baptist Church and I own my own digital media company, Woodland Studios. Granger, our pup, spends her days laying in the sun; it’s a hard life for her. We both are Christians and we believe all life is created by God and precious in His eyes (Gen 1-2). If each life is God’s workmanship, then each life is precious beyond measure. Given that we live in one of the most pro-abortion states, we realize that this is an unpopular belief, but it drives us to seek to do what we can to support those who choose life.

Here are some more things about us:

• We met working together back in 2012, but we did not start dating until 2017 (J. blames Mary for this delay, and Mary believes that J. wasn’t ready for her yet).

• We won a blue ribbon for the biggest sunflower head at our county fair this year.

• Granger is one of the sweetest pups you will meet. She loves to be rubbed on her belly at all times.

• All three of us can touch our tongue to our nose! Granger is even demonstrating her ability to do so in the photo.
